Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-order volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (unless specifically noted otherwise).

  • Hazardous materials or oversized items may have additional restrictions or extended handling times.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at pollinators@trentcreative.com.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for stolen packages; however, we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
